| 1) There is a $2.50 fee to participate. Any pots that grow to $5,000 will have a $5.00 fee |

| 2) Entry is open to anyone in the world who agrees to these terms and conditions. |

| 3) Participants under the age of 18 years are unable to participate. |

4) Each secret sound will run until a member has correctly guessed it. The sound will then be replaced by another. Guesses will be checked once every 24 hours to determine a winner. The first correct guess wins the pot. In the unlikely event that there are two correct guesses of exactly the same wording, the prize money will be split. However, we will always judge who has guessed the nearest to the actual sound, unless two guesses of the same wording have been submitted, resulting in a tie (shared prize) |

| 5) To enter contestants must first register and then guess. Members can make as many guesses in a day as they like |

6) The prize amount for each secret sound can vary and will be at the sole discretion of thesecretsounds.com team. |

| 7) In case of dispute over the winner, thesecretsounds.com’s decision is absolutely final and no correspondence will be entered into. |

9) Contestants are able to enter and then listen to the sound as often as they wish and then guess as often as they wish. Note: Adding the word 'or' into a guess implies two guesses and your entry will be deemed as null and void. Example: "dropping a glass or cup" will be incorrect even if the secret sound was “a cup dropping”. You can only have one guess per entry, do not manipulate your entries to include two or more possibilities. |

| 15) By joining this website, you accept that we will send you an email with your guess results. Attached within this email is your random ebook which you paid for thru the $2.50 fee. We only send periodical communications to people who have registered to receive email updates about special offers, and we retain the right to inform our customers of such and do not set out to "spam" our members in any way. |
